《食物疗法》香薷饮·

【原料】香薷10克，厚朴5克，白扁豆5克（或加白糖适量）。

【制作】将香薷、厚朴剪碎，白扁豆炒黄捣碎，放入保温杯中，以沸水冲泡，盖严温浸1小时。

【作用】解表清暑，健脾利湿。适用于夏季感冒夹暑湿证。
