(一)茗叶∶利大肠,去热解痰。煮取汁,用煮粥良。〔证〕
(二)又,茶主下气,除好睡,消宿食,当日成者良。蒸、捣经宿。用陈故者,即动风发气。市人有用槐、柳初生嫩芽叶杂之。〔证〕
