病名。鬲，否鬲之意。因气血俱病，否鬲不通，而致半身不遂。《素问·大奇论》：“胃脉沉鼓涩，胃外鼓大，心脉小坚急，皆鬲偏枯。”《类经·脉色类》：“胃气既伤，血脉又病，故上下否鬲，半身偏枯也。”
