《中医词典》感冒夹食·

病证名。见《医宗金鉴·幼科杂病心法要诀》。指感冒夹有食积。症见发热，恶寒，头疼身痛，常伴脘闷嗳气，口臭，呕吐酸馊及未消化之食物，腹胀，甚或腹痛，便秘，脉滑，指纹沉滞。表里俱实，发热而二便不通者，宜表里双解，清热通便，用防风通圣散。寒重兼呕吐，宜疏化和中，用藿香正气散。表邪既解，积滞已通，应以调理脾胃为主，用平胃散加减。
