病名。系指咽喉干涩疼痛，甚则肿胀溃烂，汤水难入，呼吸不利的病证。本病多由痘疮毒火郁积不散，致邪毒上攻于喉所致。治宜解毒消肿，清热利咽，方用粘子解毒汤加减。
