治伤寒发热身体疼痛方。葛根（四两）茯苓（三两）麻黄牡蛎生姜（各二两）甘草（一两）

上六味咀，以水八升煮取三升，分三服。再服后得汗，汗通即止。（《古今录验》无生姜、甘草。）
