治身体四肢节解如堕脱肿，按之皮陷、头眩短气，温温闷乱欲吐者方。防风白术知母桂心（各四两）川芎芍药杏仁甘草（各三两）半夏生姜（各五两）

上十味咀，以水一斗，煮取三升，分四服，日三夜一。（《古今录验》无半夏、杏仁、川芎。用附子二枚）
