《儿科萃精》初生遍身鱼泡·

儿初生下，遍身如鱼泡，或如水晶，碎则成水，此因孕妇湿热过重，儿在胎中感受其气而发也。古法用密陀僧研极细末，撒之即愈。

〔真按〕此证湿重于热，故不肿，然宜速设法治之，以保全肤，惟密陀僧出银坑者难得，今皆倾银炉底入药煮一伏时，辛咸有小毒，不可用，不如以炉甘石、龙骨，共研细末，干掺尤良。内服土茯苓、金银花、生甘草三味，以清内之湿热，更易收功。
