甘，咸，微寒。养肾益气。治胃热而止渴，除霍乱而利小便。

反胃吐食，为粉，水丸豆大，煮七枚，纳醋中吞之。（验方第一。）

胃热消渴，陈粟米炊饭，干食之。（第二。）
