首家中韩合资银行成立

1995年10月2日，中国工商银行与韩国第一银行合资成立的“青岛国际银行”合同章程签字仪式在京举行。这是中韩银行在我国合资开设的第一家金融机构，同时也是中国工商银行与外资合办的第四家金融机构，双方各占50%股份。
